GROUP INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT

Main Responsibilities:

Write code and troubleshoot existing scripts.
Perform unit testing for his/her own screens before passing for integration testing.
Maintain and enhance existing application.
Assist in conducting all user acceptance tests and implementation.
Adheres to coding standards and security policy defined by the framework team.
Responsible for development of proprietary enterprise system.
Responsible for system integration and application deployment.
Maintain and support the projects.

Qualification / Requirements:

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science from any university recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
Well understanding of SDLC process.
Required Web skills: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, VB.NET,PHP
Required Database skills: MySQL, MsSQL
Optional skills: HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, AJAX, Web Services.
Frameworks / Platforms: WordPress, Microsoft.NET 2.0 – 4.0, Visual Studio, Dreamweaver
Strong in object oriented design.
Strong knowledge of coding design pattern.
Knowledge in Java, Mobile programming, will be an advantage.
Fresh graduates with interest in programming or application development are strongly encouraged to apply

2. SENIOR TECHNICIAN
GROUP INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT

CLOSING DATE : 7 NOVEMBER 2014

Main Responsibilities:

Receive incident support request via telephone, online system, email and/or walk in. Following standard methodologies, diagnose, resolve or escalate incidents and accurately document such activities.
Ensuring proper escalation & solution of Incident reported, in a timely manner.
Acting as the first technical contact for the customer, must handle calls in a proper manner using appropriate language and courtesy to the customer, demonstrating solid people and technical skills at all levels in the organization.
Support IT users on issues/request regarding Desktop/Laptop/Peripherals and relevant IT applications.
Provide advice and assistance to users on the usage of simple functional features of software and hardware peripherals.
Perform basic administrative support, asset management and routine IT housekeeping services.

Qualification / Requirements:

Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent from any university recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
2 years working experience in IT support, basic Network and desktop troubleshooting.
At least 5 years working experience for an STPM/SPM holder
Proficient in Malay and English, written and spoken.
Good customer service and technical support skills
Must have initiative, drive and work independently with minimum supervision and a good team player.
Fresh graduates with interest in computer technical support are strongly encouraged to apply

Skills:

Good working knowledge for all levels of help desk support.
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
Able to diplomatically manage customer’s expectation.
Experience in setting up and maintaining hardware and software systems.
Having the ability to listen to, understand and defuse difficult situations.
Experience of working with common Helpdesk systems.
Knowledge of all Microsoft office applications and operating systems.

3. CLERK
COMPANY SECRETARIAL DEPARTMENT

CLOSING DATE : 7 NOVEMBER 2014

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible to record and proper filing of common seal sticker report and any other security documents.
Responsible for proper filing of documents and photostatting for the department.
Prepare general correspondence to internal and external parties and to perform other general administrative and clerical work.
Responsible for arrangement of refreshment for all meetings.
Appointed liaison officer for matters related to 5S and ISO.

Qualification / Requirements:

Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
At least 1 year working experience
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Computer literate with good command of MS Office
